Grazalema is the exponent of the traditional architecture of the White Villages of the Sierra de Cádiz, linked to a singular place, which is part of the White Villages Route. This area has the highest rainfall index in Spain.

Signposted trail El Pinsapar: It goes through an environment full of Spanish firs that are the main reason why the Sierra de Grazalema is declared a Biosphere Reserve and Natural Park. The trail begins in what is known as Las Canteras or Los Areneros and gradually goes deeper into the Port of the Summits.
Recreational area Los Llanos of the Campo: One of the most extensive areas of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park where you can enjoy a large oak and holm oaks environment. From here, different trails start, such as El Tesorillo, Llanos del Berral and Arroyo of the Descansadero. It has all the details, batteries of barbecues, tables with benches and even goals that offer the possibility of playing football, however it does not have drinking water.
Signposted trail El Tesorillo: This trail leads along a path that was formerly used by people from the sierra. In it you can see different varieties of birds such as the blue tit, the tit, the finch, the hawk, the blue climber, the jay, the woodpecker, the myth, the wren and sometimes a griffon vulture.
Signposted trail Llanos of the Berral: On this trail we will discover some monuments such as the Aznalmara Castle and others of natural origin such as the gall. Sometimes you can see a deer running through the forest.
Signposted trail Arroyo of the Descansadero: Passes along the Descansadero stream, through which we will cross the Descansadero fountain. On this trail we can see gall oaks, holm oaks and carob trees with respect to vegetation and birds such as the nightingale, the blackbird, the saithe, the finch, the myth, the robin, the jay, the hoopoe, the griffon vulture, the kite or the eagle. Also in this area you can see ginetas, mongoose and badgers.
Signposted trail Llanos of the Rabel: Part from near the Port of Los Acebuches and enters a Spanish firs forest on paths with dense Mediterranean vegetation. You can observe different species of birds such as the griffon vulture, the common goshawk, the common hawk, the blue climber, the blue tit, the titmouse, the finch, etc.
Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park: It serves as an excellent point of support to undertake a tour through several locations that stand out among the most charming of the Andalusian region. The Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park has a very rugged karst landscape, due to the abundant rainfall throughout the year with numerous canyons, chasms, caves, siphons, etc. The Complex of the Hundidero-Gato, the biggest chasm of Andalusia and the Cave of the Pileta, are well known, and it conserves very important cave paintings, which belong to the Paleolithic period.
Museum of blankets factory: It is an old ship on the outskirts of the town where the old machines that were used in the textile industry of Grazalema. It is a free museum and does not have a guided tour.

Major Festivals of Grazalema: Held at the end of august. In those days you can enjoy the different attractions, for the day of different games, in the afternoon of the heifers and at night you can have a good time in the municipal booth of Los Asomaderos or the party "El Tajo".
Pilgrimage of San Isidro: It is celebrated the last sunday of may, in the Riverside of Gaidovar.
Evening of El Carmen: It takes place in mid-july in commemoration of the Virgin of El Carmen. This festivity begins with two nights of flamenco, continues with a party, until monday with the Toro de Cuerda.
Virgin of the Angels: Celebrated in september, it moves to the Virgin of the Angels to the hermitage where it is throughout the year.
Among the typical delicacies of Grazalema are the "menao" or gazpacho of San Miguel, the goose stuffed with perillos, the merino lamb stew, the pinsapar carriages, the stew of beans, the sloe brandy, the “amarguillos”, the stew of tagarninas, the asparagus soup, the almond bun, the Filomena cheeses, the tagarninas fritters, the empanadillas, the maimones soup, the Grazalema soup, the goblets and the cheese skewer with almonds.
